We have adopted new opening hours during the coronavirus outbreak. Our phone lines are open on 0800 328 5535 or 023 9224 8760 between 8.30 am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 1pm on Saturday until further notice.

Pet insurance customers in financial difficulty as a result of Covid–19
We understand that our customers financial circumstances may have been affected by Covid-19. We may be able to reduce the cost of your cover by reviewing your current requirements. Please contact us to discuss how we can help.

Paying for your home, van or car insurance renewal online
To avoid calling Computerquote you can pay for your renewal online via online banking.
If you have received an annual renewal notice by post, please pay the premium directly to us by online banking to the following account:

- To include your reference number with any payment
- Bank transfers can take up to 5 days to reach our account, so please make the payment in good time
- If you make a transfer less than 5 days before your renewal date please notify us using the contact form here, to avoid cancellation
