Schumacher happy with Formula One return

Michael Schumacher no doubt delighted many car insurance policyholders when he returned to Formula One at the weekend and the driver was pleased as well.

The seven-time world champion described how, after three years away from the sport, he was happy to have had some fun out on the Bahrain track.

He was particularly pleased with the way he started the race and was content with sixth position.

"Working with the team for our first race together was very positive and the guys did a great job so I would like to thank them for their support in my comeback race," the German driver commented.

He added that he was certain the team will be able to improve the car as they progress through the season.

Spanish driver Fernando Alonso, who as many car insurance policyholders will know is now part of the Ferrari team, won the Bahrain Grand Prix with teammate Felipe Massa in second.
