Computerquoteinsurance.com offers comprehensive SilverKnight Home Repair Plus appliance cover from General Legal Protection (underwritten by Brit Insurance Limited) for just £52.95.
We also offer the Home Repair Advance product with additional emergency utility cover (plumbing, drainage, internal electricity and central heating) for £66.50.
Both products cover the following home appliances for repair (providing that they are less than 8 years old) in the event of a breakdown, up a limit of £200 per claim:
- The cooking system including any gas, electric or solid fuel appliance and microwave oven
- Washing machine
- Tumble Dryer
- Dishwasher
- Fridge *
- Freezer *
- Television
- Hi-Fi System
- Video/CD Player (including TV Combo equipment)
* Damage to the contents of a fridge and or freezer is also covered up to a maximum of £50.00.
A maximum of 3 claims can be made per year with a maximum value of £600.
