In the event of an identity theft, your bank and other organisations may need further proof to establish your identity and you will receive help to collate all the evidence you may need.

Credit Report Assistance
You will be offered help with requesting your credit report and if your report identifies credit agreements that you did not take out, you will also receive help in correcting your record.

Identity Protection
You will be assisted in setting up protective registration with the CIFAS Fraud Prevention Service, including e-alerts.
